Today is day one.. I posted an intro post yesterday and lost a lb since than.. So these are my starting weights and my future goals.. I have already hit my first goal once.. But I did a sort of reset on my goals here for this program.
I�am going to try for 400 cals today.. I know It says 500 or less.. I�had 280 yesterday and never felt hungry at all.. I�will get at exactly 500 if I can but I donapos;t know If i can stand it.
